I now make sure that any Topaz soaftware is un-checked so it does not remove the DLL files.
When I ran the cleaner it removed the DLL file that connects Denoise to Photshop. I discovered it was my anit-virus and registry cleaner software that was creating the problem.
I was having similar problems with Denoise V5. I plan on going through the same process, asi did previously, but there must be something else going on for my DeNoise 5 to have worked for a couple of months, and then all of a sudden have this problem, back to back. I managed to use DeNoise 5 on 6 or 7 photos, but after the third photo I was working on this morning, the error notice unexpectedly has started, again. I wanted to thank you for the above tip, as it did temporarily resolve the issue I was having. When I typed your error message into Google, This thread in the forums at Topazlabs was the first thing on the hit list. Originally posted at 7:25PM, 24 September 2010 PST
Running Vista 32 Bit 4 GB RAM 2.50 Processor.Īny suggestions? Between it and Adjust 4, they are my two most used filters and I cannot imagine not having it available, anymore. I uninstalled the filter, downloaded another and it worked once, but now, I am receiving the same pop-up. I thought that maybe it was a RAM issue, as I had been working in CS3 for a while, so I rebooted, but still no joy. When I went to finish my work flow this evening on a photo, I started to run DeNoise 5 and instead of working, like it normally does, I got the following pop-up:Įrror: cannot read common runtime path registry. I use my DeNoise 5, often, and now I cannot.
